| LIFE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The Minneapolis 19 Perpetual Membership Fund or "19 For Life Fund" is operated and administered by the lodge.
Any Master Mason of Minneapolis 19 who is in good standing may become a participant in this program.
The cost of perpetual membership is established by the application of the formula below:

Total Cost = Factor x Current Lodge Dues Rate
To enroll in this program, you must submit a completed application form to the Secretary of the lodge along with the required payment or payment program. You may print out the application form by hitting the link below.
Through the Payment Center on this website, you can setup a payment program on a monthly or quarterly basis and charge it directly to your credit card or from your bank account. See the Payment Center link below for more information about this exciting new program.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to pay annual dues to the lodge until your life membership is paid in full.
