Foundation. This foundation will serve as the main vehicle to all
future restoration efforts for the Mansion property |
| $10,000 for
the restoration of the 'Golden' Furniture pieces in the Mansion. This
includes the throne chair, marble table and the
love seat pieces - all Austrian in origin.

| $25,000
for the restoration of the 45-star U.S. Flag flown by the Cap Shuey Marching
Band of Zuhrah Temple. This flag (circa 1897) is currently under
extensive restoration repairs and will return to the Mansion
later this year. |
| $35,000 for
the extensive repair and finishing of the 3rd floor Mansion ceiling (our current
Lodge Room). This includes the removal of all pre-existing ceiling
tiles and glue pucks, repair/replacement of the plaster, skim coating and painting. Expected completion by July 2008. |
| $30,000
towards the new landscaping project for the Mansion property. This
project includes the replacing all existing plantings around the Mansion as
well as replacing all existing concrete sidewalks with paver stones.
The main entry way steps will also be replaced to match the paver stone
walkways. |
| $25,000 towards
the repair and restoration of the Mansion Portico and two sub-rooms.
This includes the interior wall painting, tile flooring and
various furnishings for the rooms. |
